I'm not American so I don't fully understand this, I am overweight but any way on to the message I guess I am trying to get out here, can we blame others for our weight, we are just as wrong for our life as the adverts put out for food, pops (soda drinks), and other health risk items. WATCH

it is so hard to eat healthy in america when there are a thousand fast food chains at every corner. It is expensive and inconvenient to eat clean and healthy. Not to mention these unhealthy foods have been chemically engineered to taste great. As much as I know these foods are unsafe, I can't help but crave cheeseburgers. Having been born into a diet that regularly includes fast foods makes it even more difficult as it has been instilled in you since childhood.
I remember having school sponsored "McDonalds Days" where the school would order us all happy meals if our parents paid for it. those were my favorite days of elementary school.
EDIT
Another thought: Working all day and keeping busy makes fast foods more appealing as well. Why go to the grocer and spend all that time and money shopping followed by then cooking when you could swing through a drive through and get $1 cheeseburgers in less than 5 minutes? Its just too convenient and too heavily advertised.

I know I remember when I was in America it was at the time like 99c for a cheese burger which I think we a double, in england the size of the burger you got in america for 99c was like a big mac which is like £3-4 which is the price of $6-7 see the price difference. Every thing fast made is cheaper and has so many toxins, me personally I love cooking Steak (organic) with onions, chilli, spring onions, pepers, roast potatos, salads Lovely. EDIT- I would also like to know how they can put so much vegitable in the burgers the price of what goes in them in england would cost more then what it costs to make it.
