I would advise that people while dealing with BBC/TV License Goons with a bit more respect as human beings and try and speak peacefully, its better for humans to show respect regardless if the "Machine minded PEOPLE" and I say people as in the real definition of what PERSON means "Company" they are apart of the machine but speaking nicely never hurt any one.
